Not always. With a power of attorney, our advocates can represent you before the courts and the Public Prosecution while you are abroad. We arrange the power of attorney remotely where the authority allows it.

Can you help with an Interpol red notice?
Yes. We review the notice and the case behind it, then pursue the available legal routes to challenge it or resolve the underlying case. Every case is different, so we start with a confidential review.
How are your fees calculated?
Fees depend on the type of case, its stage and the court. After a first review we confirm a clear quote before any work starts.
