How it works

From your first message to a notarized POA.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp or send the form. An advocate confirms the right type of POA and the documents required.

  2. 02

We draft it in Arabic and English

Your POA is written in the wording the receiving authority expects, then translated by our legal team.

  3. 03

    Sign before the notary

In person, or remotely by video call where the authority allows it, from anywhere in the world.

  4. 04

    Receive your notarized POA

The certified document is ready to use with courts, banks and government departments.

Why Al Kirbi

A power of attorney carries real legal weight. Having it prepared by advocates protects you before and after you sign.

Speak to an advocate
  • Reviewed by licensed advocates

Every clause is checked against UAE law and the requirements of the authority that will receive it.

  • Accepted the first time

Correct wording and translation mean fewer rejections, fewer return visits and fewer delays.

  • Confidential from the first message

Your documents and personal details are handled under legal professional confidentiality.

  • Representation if it is ever needed

If a dispute arises over the POA or the transaction, the same firm can represent you in court.

Across the UAE and abroad

Wherever you are, your POA moves forward.

We serve clients in all seven emirates, and UAE citizens, residents and investors living overseas, with remote notarization where the authority allows it.

I was abroad and needed to sell a property in Dubai. They explained which POA I needed, arranged everything remotely, and the land department accepted it the first time.

FAQ

Questions clients ask before they start.

Can't find your answer? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Can I issue a POA while I am outside the UAE?

Yes. Depending on the type of POA and the authority, it can be notarized remotely by video call, or signed at a UAE embassy abroad and then attested. We tell you which route applies to you.

What is the difference between a general and a special POA?

A general POA gives broad authority. A special POA covers one defined act, such as selling a specific property or vehicle. Some authorities only accept a special POA, so we advise you on which one you need.

How long does it take?

Simple POAs are usually drafted within one working day. The signing depends on the notary's availability, and we book the earliest appointment we can.

Will my POA be in Arabic?

Notarized POAs in the UAE are issued in Arabic. We prepare a bilingual Arabic and English version, so you know exactly what you are signing.

Can a POA be cancelled later?

Yes. The principal can revoke a POA through the notary, and we can prepare and register the revocation for you.

How are your fees calculated?

Fees depend on the type of POA, the number of parties and assets, and how it will be notarized. Send your request and we confirm a clear quote before any work starts.
